Admiral Peary BOTS competition

Students from the Engineering and Electrical Technology programs will be competing at the BotsIQ Finals Competition at California University of PA on April 28 and 29.  Students competed at the preliminary competition on March 18th at Westomoreland County Community College.  The two bot teams, Crusader and Nightmare, are entering the finals competition as the number 1 and number 3 ranked teams.  Stay tuned for competition results .

Updated Results:

"Just wanted to let everyone know that out of 80 teams participating this year at our 12th annual BotsIQ competition at California U. of PA over the weekend, Admiral Peary’s two teams finished in 1st and 2nd place!!  The teams never lost one match to another school, and our one team, Crusader remains undefeated for the year.  We received a $1,000 check and will be attending the National Robotics League competition on May 19th and 20th for a chance to win more prize money.  Our school also won the Best Sportsmanship Award as well.  As always our kids did an outstanding job, and I would like to thank everyone that helped us in any way shape or form."
